Judie is a true professional and anticipates every move. After 22 years in our home we needed to downsize. Judie provided us with a staging designer and they gave us a solid plan to follow. When we finished the staging process we settled on the asking price, had beautiful pictures taken, and posted online. After 19 viewings and 3 offers in the first two weeks we settled on one offer for the asking price and closed one month later.

I was not an easy task by any means. It took us over eight months to finally find something that I liked. I truly can’t say enough nice things regarding not only her as a person but also how she conducts her self in business. We were balancing work, virtual school for our 6 year old and had our daughter who was under 1 year old.
